About the Role

A well-established and reputed cement manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to support plant-wide electrical reliability, instrumentation performance, and process operations. The role is critical to ensuring safe and uninterrupted plant functioning through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination across key operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical systems, motors, panels, transformers, and power distribution networks.
• Monitor and manage instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, control valves, weigh feeders, and process instruments.
• Support plant operations by responding to breakdowns and coordinating preventive maintenance activities.
• Work closely with production, mechanical, electrical, and automation teams to ensure stable plant performance.
• Assist in shutdown planning, calibration, loop checking, and system documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a cement plant environment.
• Hands-on experience with cement plant systems, field devices, drives, and plant-level troubleshooting will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capability in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure plant environment.
• Proactive approach toward reliability, safety, and system improvement.
