We are looking for a highly experienced, analytical, and result-oriented professional for the position of Finance Controller (FC) to join a leading manufacturing organization located in Jeetpur, Birgunj, Nepal. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in plant finance, business finance, costing, financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial management within manufacturing or FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Finance

• Manage plant P&L, costing, and variance analysis.
• Drive monthly financial closing in coordination with operations and finance teams.
• Ensure strong inventory control, stock audits, and valuation accuracy.
• Monitor CAPEX projects, asset capitalization, and ROI analysis.
• Lead cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for plant operations.

Business Finance

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reviews.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Conduct product profitability, pricing, and margin analysis.
• Provide financial modeling and strategic business insights.
• Support management decision-making through scenario analysis and ROI evaluation.
• Drive automation and digital reporting initiatives for efficient MIS reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in costing, manufacturing accounting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on execution and business partnership.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, plant finance, or business finance functions.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial controls, and strategic finance management.
