Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth and market expansion across Nepal and India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Mechanical Diploma qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience in industrial products, plastics, packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, beverages, or related sectors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into long-term customers across Nepal and India.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and collection activities effectively.
• Prepare sales forecasts and submit regular sales and market performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
