Sales & Marketing Representative

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and sales enquiries within the steel and industrial sectors.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities across Nepal.
• Promote the company’s industrial machinery, rolling mill equipment, spares, and engineering solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical specifications and commercial proposals to customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities to convert enquiries into business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Steel Industry
  • Rolling Mills
  • Industrial Machinery
  • Heavy Engineering
  • Manufacturing Equipment
  • Capital Goods
• Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct technical-commercial discussions and independently manage sales activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical or engineering background will be highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Nepal.
