A leading and well-established cement manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Plant Head (GM Level) to lead its integrated clinker and cement plant operations. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and achieve production targets.

🔹 Key Requirements

🎓 Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./M.E.) or MBA from a recognized university approved by relevant regulatory authorities

🧭 Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in an integrated clinker and cement plant
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as:
  • Plant Head
  • General Manager (GM)
  • Deputy General Manager (DGM)
  • Assistant General Manager (AGM)
  • Process Head / Quality Control Head

🛠️ Technical & Functional Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in Rotary Kiln operations and VRM (Vertical Roller Mill) technology
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Cement manufacturing processes
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Automation and instrumentation
  • Quality control systems
  • Industry regulations and compliance standards
• Proven expertise in process optimization, production efficiency, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of costing, budgeting, and cost control mechanisms
