A reputed and diversified group of companies is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Corporate HR Head to lead and oversee the Human Resources function across multiple business entities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing group-wide HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening talent management practices, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.
This role requires an accomplished HR leader with proven experience in both Corporate and Manufacturing sectors, and the capability to effectively manage and support HR operations across 5-6 companies within the group.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, leadership capability, and experience working in diversified corporate environments. Candidates who have successfully managed HR operations for multiple entities and led large workforce populations in manufacturing and corporate settings will be highly preferred.
