Position Overview

A reputed and diversified group of companies is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Corporate HR Head to lead and oversee the Human Resources function across multiple business entities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing group-wide HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening talent management practices, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.

This role requires an accomplished HR leader with proven experience in both Corporate and Manufacturing sectors, and the capability to effectively manage and support HR operations across 5-6 companies within the group.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall HR function across multiple companies within the group.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Establish and strengthen HR policies, procedures, systems, and governance frameworks across all entities.
  • Lead performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act, labor regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Partner with business leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, manpower planning, HR budgeting, and workforce analytics.
  • Lead organizational change management, restructuring, and HR transformation initiatives when required.
  • Develop and mentor HR teams while ensuring consistent HR practices across all companies.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and performance-driven workplace culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Mandatory experience in both Corporate and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR functions for multiple business units, companies, or diversified business groups.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Compliance.
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience in organizational development, workforce restructuring, and change management will be an added advantage.
