🏢 About the Opportunity

A reputed EV Automobile Trading Company in Kathmandu is seeking dynamic, result-driven Sales Professionals to drive business growth in Nepal’s rapidly evolving Electric Vehicle (EV) sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting EV products, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across retail and institutional segments.


🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of EV vehicles including passenger and commercial segments
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B and B2C)
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and individual customers
  • Conduct product presentations, test drive coordination, and client follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Coordinate with marketing and showroom teams for lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

✅ Candidate Requirements
Core Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in sales (preferably automobile, EV, or related sectors)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Ability to handle both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) clients
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales performance record
  • Good presentation and client-handling abilities
Preferred Profile
  • Experience in automobile / EV / commercial vehicle sales
  • Exposure to fleet, institutional, or project-based sales
  • Candidates with 4W driving license will have an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
