🎯 Key Responsibilities

The Sales Head will lead the company’s nationwide sales strategy, ensuring strong market presence and sustainable growth. Major responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Drive market expansion and strengthen distributor/retail networks.
• Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Introduce innovative sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs.
• Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide insights for product development and positioning.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
  • Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding dues.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8–10 years in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in hygiene, soap, detergent, or chemical product categories preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical ability for sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Other:
  • Age: 30–45 years.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
