🧑🔬 Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality in our noodles manufacturing operations. The role involves implementing quality systems, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
🍜 Key Responsibilities
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure area quality and hygiene performance while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Drive GMP compliance (target ≥ 90%) through regular quality and hygiene audits.
- Implement and monitor HACCP food safety standards across operations, equipment, and personnel.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and align corrective actions with production.
- Develop and monitor food safety risk assessments using HACCP methodology.
- Establish and oversee cleaning and sanitation plans, including high-level cleaning schedules.
- Ensure proper labeling of all vessels and materials.
- Conduct weekly food safety meetings and track performance improvements.
- Monitor pest control measures through effective sanitation practices.
Quality Control
- Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Reject non-conforming materials and report to management promptly.
- Monitor production processes at multiple stages to ensure product quality.
- Address and resolve quality-related issues within defined timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality standards.
- Ensure continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.

🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field
💼 Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in food manufacturing (noodles, biscuits, or similar FMCG products) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000 / HACCP / GMP) preferred
- Exposure to health, safety, and environmental practices is a plus
💻 Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting)
- Basic understanding of quality documentation and reporting systems
