A reputed and growing dairy industry, Sheeven Farms Private Limited, based in Jeetpur, Bara, is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Control & Compliance Supervisor to ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the production process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality systems within food or dairy manufacturing environments.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Quality Monitoring & Compliance

• Monitor product quality at every stage of production.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with the QC team for batch approvals, sampling, and laboratory testing.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality reports and compliance records.
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality control or compliance within dairy/food industries.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Knowledge of quality documentation and audit processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong coordination skills with production and maintenance departments.
