Dexin Manufacturing Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (DEXIN) is a growing manufacturing company committed to operational excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards. The company is seeking a skilled Capsule Filling Machine Operator to support pharmaceutical production operations.

Qualification

• Education: Diploma in Engineering / Skilled Technical Certification
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical production machinery following SOPs for weighing, blending, granulating, drying, milling, compressing, and encapsulating processes.
• Ensure material purity by strictly adhering to written SOPs and quality procedures.
• Properly operate weighing scales including printouts, zeroing, tare setting, and calibration verification.
• Follow labeling practices and batch documentation procedures.
• Clean and maintain manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
• Perform machine changeovers between production batches.
• Monitor environmental conditions according to operational standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and sample batches when required.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure proper 5S practices in the work area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality compliance standards
• Technical knowledge of production machinery and equipment handling
• Attention to detail and safety awareness
