The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory skills and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Production Management

• Plan and execute daily production targets as per management instructions.
• Optimize manpower and machine utilization to ensure efficient production output.
• Minimize wastage and downtime through effective supervision and monitoring.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and production processes.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in dairy, food processing, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and reporting systems.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.
