About the Company

A leading mobile phone import and distribution company is looking for an energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor and dealer networks across the Pokhara region.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key channel partners.
• Expand market coverage and strengthen retail presence.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends.
• Execute sales promotions, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
• Develop sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to maximize market penetration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution businesses.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management and channel sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of the Pokhara market and surrounding territories.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
