D.S. Infra Pvt. Ltd., a reputed infrastructure and civil construction company, is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for an upcoming project in the Kathmandu Valley. The company invites applications from competent candidates with proven experience in water infrastructure, hydraulic structures, and major RCC construction works.

Location: Kathmandu Valley
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Up to 6 Months)

1. Quantity Surveyor (1 Position)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience in WWTP, WTP, water infrastructure, hydro-structures, or major RCC construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and rate analysis.
• Experience in RCC works, reinforcement, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and concrete works.
• Well-versed in measurements, IPC preparation, subcontractor billing, variation/extra work claims, final billing, and material reconciliation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Ability to review project drawings and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning teams, QA/QC teams, and site engineers.

2. Land Surveyor (1 Position)

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proficient in operating Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Experience in setting out RCC tanks, foundations, hydraulic structures, channels, pipelines, and related hydro-structures.
• Strong understanding of coordinates, levels, alignments, slopes, invert levels, and elevations.
• Experience in conducting as-built surveys, survey reporting, and drawing verification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey data processing.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers and construction teams.

3. Civil Drafter (1 Position)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. Knowledge of Civil 3D will be an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing RCC structural, reinforcement, foundation, tank, channel, and pipeline drawings.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed construction drawings, reinforcement drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Good understanding of RCC structures and water-retaining structures.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong coordination skills with site engineers, surveyors, quantity surveyors, and QA/QC teams.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in:

• Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)
• Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
• Water-retaining structures
• Treatment tanks
• Pumping stations
• Hydraulic structures
• Major RCC construction projects
