🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Kathmandu and surrounding territories.
• Expand distributor and retail networks to strengthen market coverage.
• Monitor payments, outstanding dues, and ensure timely collections.
• Execute merchandising, visibility, and promotional activities.
• Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
• Support product planning and feasibility studies with field insights.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Prior exposure to hygiene, soap, detergent, or chemical product categories preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical ability for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
• Other:
  • Age: 28–40 years.
  • Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley and nearby regions.
