A reputed and fast-growing FMCG company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage overall administrative operations, legal documentation, and compliance systems across office, factory, and warehouse functions.

🎯 Position Summary

The Administrative Officer will play a critical role in ensuring efficient administrative systems, legal compliance, and disciplined operational processes. The role requires strong control over documentation, SOP implementation, and coordination across departments.


🧩 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Administrative & Office Management
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Manage contracts, agreements, licenses, renewals, and statutory records
🔹 Legal & Compliance
  • Handle legal notices, responses, and coordination with legal advisors
  • Maintain records of legal cases, notices, and compliance timelines
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, and government documentation processes
🔹 SOP & Process Management
  • Implement, monitor, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure all departments follow approved SOPs consistently
  • Maintain SOP manuals and revision records
  • Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
🔹 Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with production, HR, finance, sales, and logistics teams
  • Prepare administrative and compliance reports for management
  • Support management in improving efficiency, governance, and discipline

🎓 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field

Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Preference for candidates from FMCG or manufacturing industries

  • High attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
