Job Summary

Nepal Megasoft Trading Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and result-driven National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales operations, manage distribution networks, drive revenue growth, and expand market coverage across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales plans by province, region, channel and SKU.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Appoint, manage and evaluate distributors across major markets.
• Lead and monitor Regional/Area Sales Managers and DSRs.
• Conduct market visits, sales reviews and performance evaluations.
• Strengthen market coverage, product visibility and customer relationships.
• Monitor collections and control overdue outstanding balances.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of sales experience in FMCG, personal care or hygiene products.
• At least 3–5 years in senior regional or national sales leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal’s distribution, dealer and retail network.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, reporting and credit control skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
