Job Summary

Nepal Megasoft Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals to manage regional sales, develop new customers, grow existing customer business, follow up on payments, and support market expansion in the hygiene products/FMCG segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned regional sales targets.
• Develop new customers and increase sales from existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Follow up on payments and control overdue accounts.
• Collect market information, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
• Support product planning and market development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in hygiene products, baby diapers, sanitary products, or FMCG sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Nepal’s sales channels and regional customer network.
• Experience with diaper/hygiene brands such as Zuvara, Aiwibi, Babymoon, Cocoonbuds, Mumbuds, 7-Star, Nappy, Sagun, Niine, or similar brands will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and payment follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned market areas.
