Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Officer/Officer – Sales to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of our bathware products within a designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent customer relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers (retailers, distributors, builders, architects, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales management team.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• couple of years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials/home improvement industry.
• Experience in selling bathware products (e.g., sanitaryware, faucets, showers, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
