Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Reliability

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.

Automation & Technical Support

• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
• Support automation upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to production teams.

Utilities Management

• Manage operation and maintenance of:
  • DG Sets
  • Air Compressors
  • Electrical Infrastructure
  • Plant Utilities

Cost Control & Inventory Management

• Prepare maintenance budgets and CAPEX proposals.
• Drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage engineering stores, spare parts planning, and vendor coordination.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain ISO and HACCP-related maintenance documentation.
• Promote safe maintenance practices across the facility.

Projects & Team Development

• Support plant installation, commissioning, expansion, and technology transfer projects.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Maintain SOPs, maintenance manuals, and training records.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate should be a hands-on maintenance professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in FMCG manufacturing, industrial automation, plant maintenance, and engineering project execution will be highly preferred.
