Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Process employee requisitions and support in preparing job descriptions.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities.
  • Prepare Job Offers and Employment Contract Agreements (ECA).
  • Facilitate onboarding and support induction programs for new employees.
  • Collect and maintain employee documentation and personal files.
HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Enroll new employees in the biometric attendance system.
  • Maintain leave records and update the company holiday calendar.
  • Prepare HR-related memos, letters, and Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  • Ensure proper record keeping and HR documentation.
Employee & Asset Management
  • Maintain records of company assets and system access assigned to employees.
  • Coordinate employee-related administrative requirements.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes from joining to separation.
Office & Administrative Coordination
  • Schedule meetings with clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Order and manage stationery and office supplies.
  • Coordinate procurement and office-related purchases.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department on operational matters.
  • Support the Sales Team regarding fuel, travel, and TA/DA-related documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Required Qualifications

โœ… Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

โœ… 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, preferably in an FMCG or corporate environment.

โœ… Sound knowledge of:

  • Nepal Labor Act and HR compliance requirements
  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Employee records and HR documentation
  • Office administration and procurement

โœ… Proficiency in:

  • MS Office Applications
  • HRIS / HR Software
  • Record management systems

Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in procurement and office administration.
  • Exposure to asset management and vendor coordination.
  • FMCG or corporate sector experience will be an added advantage.
