Job Overview

Everest Athleisure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Officer / Manager to oversee business operations, retail store management, team supervision, purchasing activities, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for individuals with strong operational expertise and a passion for the fashion and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business and retail store operations.
• Lead, supervise, and effectively manage operational and store teams.
• Handle purchasing activities and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate purchase terms when required.
• Monitor stock levels, product availability, and procurement requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between store operations, purchasing, and management teams.
• Support sales operations and contribute to overall business performance.
• Apply industry knowledge of garments, apparel, and fashion products to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5+ years of relevant experience in operations, retail management, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of operations management and retail business processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven experience in vendor management and purchasing.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fashion Design course, certification, or qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the apparel, fashion, footwear, or retail industry is highly preferred.
