Position: Assistant Brand Manager

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal


Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our growing FMCG team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about brand building, consumer engagement, and market innovation. You will play a key role in ideating, executing, and evaluating brand strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Contribute to brand ideation and planning for campaigns and new product development
  • Support execution of brand campaigns, activations, and promotions across channels
  • Coordinate bar activations, on-ground events, and consumer programs
  • Liaise with creative, digital, and activation agencies from briefing to delivery
  • Conduct market visits to monitor execution quality and gather insights
  • Track competition, market trends, and consumer feedback
  • Convert brand activities into clear, quantifiable reports and presentations
  • Ensure brand guidelines and regulatory compliance are followed

Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA with specialization in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Liquor/Beverage/FMCG industry
  • Strong grasp of Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Knowledge of Branding, Advertising, and Promotional Activities
  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, Vendor Management, and Budgeting skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
