Position Overview

A reputed trading and manufacturing company is seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and result-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, MIS reporting, internal audit, business performance monitoring, and management reporting functions.

The role requires frequent travel to manufacturing units and close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and Management teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and management MIS reports.
• Conduct internal audits across finance, accounts, inventory, procurement, sales, stores, and operational functions.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, operating expenses, inventory movements, and cash flow trends.
• Identify financial risks, operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, taxation requirements, and audit standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, insurance companies, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Prepare financial and management reports for senior leadership.
• Travel regularly to manufacturing units for audits, operational reviews, inventory verification, and compliance monitoring.
• Support management with data-driven decision-making and business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• CA, ACCA, or finance professionals with a strong accounting and analytical background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, MIS, Internal Audit, or Accounts.
• Experience in Trading and Manufacturing Industries will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, taxation, and audit procedures.
• Experience in business performance analysis and management reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to manufacturing sites.
