Position Overview

A reputed steel manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives, brand development, market expansion, dealer engagement, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing, communication, and business development skills with experience in manufacturing, construction materials, FMCG, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend assessment.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade events.
• Support dealer, distributor, contractor, consultant, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing product launches and promotional programs.
• Develop presentations, marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective market execution.
• Monitor market feedback and recommend strategies for improved market penetration and brand visibility.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign evaluations, and performance analyses.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Support digital marketing and social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA/MBS will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, sales, or business development.
• Experience in manufacturing, steel, construction materials, FMCG, electrical products, or related sectors will be preferred.
• Good understanding of dealer/distributor networks and market development activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
