A leading Nutraceutical Manufacturing Company is seeking a competent, proactive, and results-oriented Production Executive to oversee production operations and contribute to manufacturing excellence at its production facility in Kapilvastu.

The selected candidate will be responsible for production planning, manufacturing execution, operational efficiency, process improvement, team supervision, quality compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other production resources.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Maintain operational efficiency while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure uninterrupted production operations.

Process Improvement & Performance Management

• Implement approved changes in manufacturing processes and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime, equipment stoppages, process deviations, breakdowns, and material wastage.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Production Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor key production performance indicators, including productivity, quality, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Analyze production data and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Support management with accurate production performance reporting.

Quality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards throughout production operations.
• Supervise equipment cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Supervise, guide, and motivate production personnel.
• Plan workforce deployment to meet production requirements.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely production documentation.
• Ensure proper completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, production reports, protocols, and related documentation.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with GMP and company standards.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.

Qualification Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess any one of the following:

• B.Tech in Food Technology
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, or FMCG Manufacturing industries.
