🎯 Position Summary

DEXIN is seeking a highly competent and experienced Account Manager to lead and manage its accounting, financial reporting, and taxation functions. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong analytical capability, in-depth knowledge of Nepalese taxation laws, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including VAT, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow statements, and cost-control mechanisms
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies
• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making
• Establish, strengthen, and monitor internal control systems and accounting procedures
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and statutory reporting

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and Nepalese taxation laws
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
