We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead sales growth, dealer development, and market expansion in the EV Micro Van segment. This role requires strong leadership, market insight, and collaboration across departments to achieve both strategic and operational goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets.
• Identify untapped markets and lead generation opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in school, passenger, and fleet segments.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and align off-take plans with targets.
• Ensure pipeline discipline and close monitoring of receivables.
• Identify, appoint, and train dealers/sub-dealers in strategic locations.
• Collaborate with marketing for roadshows, demo drives, and campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with schools, transport agencies, and fleet owners.
• Track competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records and present weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
