Job Summary

The Waiter will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service — whether experienced or new to the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously and provide menu guidance when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set and cleaned before and after service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards.
• Assist in billing and payment procedures when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage Service is an advantage; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Smart, presentable, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy service periods efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
