Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successful hiring in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
