🌍 About the Project:

The Tamakoshi-V Hydroelectric Project is a nationally strategic undertaking that contributes significantly to Nepal’s renewable energy goals. Developed under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) framework, the project is led by SINOHYDRO – KSNS JV, emphasizing technical precision, sustainability, and timely delivery. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Survey Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of critical construction and geospatial activities on-site.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in surveying, measurement, and construction supervision, preferably within EPC hydropower or infrastructure projects.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, MS Project).
• Hands-on experience with survey instruments such as Total Station, Theodolite, and Laser Level.
• Strong understanding of tunnel excavation support, concrete pouring standards, and construction methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and BOQ interpretation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maps.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Physically fit to work in outdoor and site-based environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate on-site measurements and verify quantities against BOQs and technical drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of interim payment certificates (IPCs) and validate contractor invoices.
• Monitor compliance with technical specifications and project quality standards.
• Support engineers in field documentation, including excavation, lining, and concrete pouring activities.
• Collaborate with the billing, planning, and quality control departments for data accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain updated records, measurement logs, and site changes for billing and audit purposes.
