Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Administrative Officer to oversee administrative operations, manage company assets, ensure compliance with government and insurance requirements, and support smooth business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse administrative responsibilities effectively.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office functions and ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff for performance optimization.
  • Implement effective policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Manage office resources, supplies, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and organizational policies.

Asset & Resource Management

  • Maintain updated records of company assets.
  • Oversee registration, renewal, and documentation of assets (vehicles, machinery, land, etc.).
  • Ensure timely maintenance, insurance coverage, and claims.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement.

Governmental & Legal Compliance

  • Manage company registration, licensing, and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of registrations, permits, and certifications.
  • Liaise with authorities for inspections and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and legal reviews.

Insurance Management

  • Administer corporate insurance policies (assets, vehicles, properties, etc.).
  • Ensure policy renewals and compliance with terms.
  • Manage insurance claims and coordinate with providers.
  • Review policies to ensure adequate risk coverage.

Operational Coordination

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support departments with administrative and logistical needs.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost control.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination across branches.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and insurance partners.
  • Negotiate contracts for favorable terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance for quality and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operations management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
