About Job Detail:

Location – Pokhara (Nepal)

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in General Trades for Top FMCG Companies
Industry Preference: FMCG companies only

Salary: As per Industry Standard

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling the General trade activities in the particular Districts.
  • Responsible for Primary – Secondary Sales, Product Launching,
  • Responsible for Market coverage and Outlet Coverage
  • Responsible for market Representation and Product availability
  • Strengthening Distribution by increasing the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.
  • Driving the basic distribution parameters such as Channel Partner Management, Foot Plans, Tsi productivity and Channel Satisfaction.
  • Ensuring maximum branding and visibility in assigned territory and capturing the retailers base to the maximum possible extent.
  • Execute channel sales activities to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • To educate the customers regarding companies new launched products.
  • To provide market feedback on competition, customer behavior and response to our marketing mix.
  • Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive distribution.
  • To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame.
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch.
Require Skills:
  • Should be based in Pokhara (Nepal)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Smart Knowledge of particular area with good brand only
  • MBA/PGDM Qualification will be preferred.
