Dexin Manufacturing Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (DEXIN) is a growing manufacturing company committed to operational excellence, compliance, and people development. The company is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Officer to support HR operations and contribute to building a productive workplace culture.

Qualification

• Education: MBS / BBA / BBS or equivalent in HRM, Management, or related field
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant HR experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Support payroll processing and maintain attendance and leave records.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal activities.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Nepal labor laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage employee relations matters
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
