Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our nationwide sales operations. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing regional teams, and driving market penetration to strengthen Purna Water’s position as Nepal’s premium spring water brand.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Drive distributor appointments, channel expansion, and market penetration.
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and trade schemes in coordination with marketing and finance teams.
  • Ensure effective stock management, order fulfillment, and coordination with supply chain.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade practices, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG or beverage industries.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of driving national-level sales growth
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Analytical mindset with ability to adapt strategies to market dynamics
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
