New Business Age Ltd. (NBA) is a well-established media house of Nepal, which publishes New Business Age (www.newbusinessage.com), an English Monthly and Aarthik Abhiyan (www.abhiyandaily.com), a Nepali Daily. NBA is looking for highly motivated professionals to fill out the following positions.
About the Role:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our New Business Age Ltd team. As a Marketing Executive, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and explore new market opportunities. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and consumer trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Campaign Management: Design and run integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including print media, email marketing, and social media.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing tools and resources for pitching to clients and securing deals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in print media or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
