Salary Range: NPR 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations at our Corporate Office. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Support inventory accounting and cost tracking.
• Assist with statutory compliance including tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management/Commerce (BBS/BBA preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in accounting, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
