Job Description

The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s human resource functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes and annual performance review cycles
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Manage employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Required Qualifications:
  • At least bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in professional services or audit firms
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
