Job Description
The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s human resource functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes and annual performance review cycles
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
Required Qualifications:
- At least bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in professional services or audit firms
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
