About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Crane Operator to join our operations team at the Tamakoshi V Hydroelectric Project. The ideal candidate must be capable of operating a 25-ton crane, hold a valid crane operation license, and possess relevant work experience in hydropower or infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 25-ton crane safely and efficiently for site lifting and transport needs.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site-specific operational procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers and rigging teams during lifting operations.
• Maintain logs and basic records of crane operations and maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid crane operation driving license issued by the Department of Transport Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes, preferably in infrastructure or hydropower projects.
• Sound knowledge of safety standards and lifting operations.
• Ability to work in remote, high-altitude, and team-oriented environments.

Remuneration:

• During Probation (First 3 months): NPR 60,000 per month
• Post-Probation: NPR 65,000–70,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
