About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and linguistically skilled Chinese Translators (Male) to support day-to-day communication and documentation between the Chinese and Nepalese teams at our project site. Ideal candidates should be fluent in both Chinese and English, have prior site-based translation experience, and be comfortable working in a remote construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate oral and written communications between Chinese and English/Nepali languages.
• Assist Chinese engineers and managers in coordinating with local workers and stakeholders.
• Interpret at meetings, site briefings, and technical discussions.
• Prepare bilingual documentation and assist in daily reporting.
• Support internal communication and ensure clarity across multi-national project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in computer use for documentation, emails, and report preparation.
• Prior translation experience in a construction or hydropower project setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time at the project site under field conditions.

Remuneration:

• Salary Range: NPR 60,000 – 70,000 per month during the probation period (Negotiable for
• Post-Probation: Salary will be revised based on performance and contribution to the project
