Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
• Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure product availability and brand visibility across retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Execute trade promotions, business development initiatives, and sales campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a reputed FMCG company.
• Proven track record in distributor management, market development, and target achievement.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Sound understanding of FMCG sales operations and distribution channels.
