Position Overview

The Sales Officer will support the sales and business development function of Flock Inn Hospitality by promoting hostel stays and adventure travel products, managing client relationships, and assisting in day-to-day sales operations. The role is ideal for energetic, communicative, and target-driven individuals who are passionate about hospitality, tourism, and guest service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins, providing details on hostel rooms, rates, and adventure packages.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, simple itineraries, and confirmations for bookings, under the Sales Manager’s supervision.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and visits to convert leads into confirmed reservations and promote repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and bookings in CRM systems, coordinating with front desk and operations teams.
  • Support pre-trip communication (e.g., packing lists, basic trip info) and post-trip feedback collection.
  • Participate in market research by noting competitor offerings and customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all interactions and contribute to sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales or the tours & travel sector preferred.
  • Candidates with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are highly encouraged.
  • Candidates from other industries with a strong sales drive and results-oriented attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Work Station and Joining
  • Location: Paknajol, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.
  • Preference: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
