Position: Front Desk Officer

Location: Kathmandu-22, Ganabahal, Bhotebahal
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, maintain visitor logs, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Communication Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and respond to official emails.
• Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
• Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Security Compliance: Manage visitor access and maintain security logs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Receptionist in a corporate office.
• Typing proficiency in both English and Nepali is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
