Job Summary

The Restaurant (F&B) Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, supervising the F&B team, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. The position requires a results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills in the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Plan and execute menu promotions, special events, and dining experiences in coordination with management.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company and government regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth coordination and timely service.
  • Prepare daily sales, billing, and performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team supervision, and guest service.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B standards, billing procedures, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
