Territory Sales Officer (TSO): 5

Birtamod/Itahari/Biratnagar, Janakpur/Birgunj/Narayaghat, Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara/Butwal, Nepalgunj

Sales Representative (SR): 2-Kathmandu

Sales officer (Fashion): 1-Kathmandu

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Increase coverage by appointing distributors in an assigned territory.
• Monitor and manage the sales process including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, and progress and forecast future sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify potential new sales channels and expansion opportunities.
• Required analytical abilities and hands-on sales experience to effectively manage a team and drive sales performance.

Qualification:

• Minimum +2 or at least one year of experience in FMCG.
• Proven Experience in sales management or a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
