Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and project customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Promote the company’s pipes and fittings product portfolio to potential customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and business development updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling pipes and fittings is mandatory.
• Prior experience in uPVC, PVC, CPVC, SWR, plumbing products, construction materials, or related industries will be highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the local market and dealer network in the assigned territory.
• Strong sales, customer service, and business development capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Must own and operate a motorcycle/bike.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
