🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions at the project site.
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with Nepalese labor laws, HR policies, and safety regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and attendance systems accurately.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., labor office, DOL, DOFE) for permits, registrations, and audits.
- Coordinate logistics, accommodation, and administrative support for staff and visitors.
- Support HR audits, social compliance inspections, and internal reviews.
- Manage welfare activities, leave management, and workplace discipline.
- Report regularly to senior management on HR and administrative KPIs.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or hydropower projects.
- Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor law, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling site-based HR operations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS or HR software is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Nepali is required; Chinese language skills are a plus.

- The position is site-based at Mailung, Rasuwa.

- 6-day workweek; off-days and leaves as per company policy.
