π§Ύ Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide administrative and clerical support for smooth office operations. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate will exhibit a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
- Handle front desk activities including correspondence, courier dispatch/receipt, and record-keeping
- Maintain visitor logs and assist in managing appointments and meeting schedules
- Support the HR/Admin team in scheduling interviews, meetings, and internal events
- Monitor and manage office supplies and requisitions
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times
- Perform basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and document preparation
π Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new office systems and tools quickly
