🧾 Job Summary

KB AGRO & RESEARCH COMPANY LIMITED is seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical & Electronics Engineer – Assistant Manager to oversee the technical operations of our modern chicken processing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical systems, automation controls, and utilities such as boilers, refrigeration units, and the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot all electrical/electronic systems including motors, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
• Ensure optimal operation and preventive maintenance of utilities—boilers, refrigeration systems (ammonia/Freon), and ETP.
• Lead a team of technical staff, ensuring proper task allocation, training, and performance management.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and manage energy usage and identify areas for operational cost optimization.
• Collaborate with production and quality departments to ensure smooth processing line operations.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Maintain inventory of critical spares and manage the technical department’s budget.
• Propose and implement automation and technology upgrades to enhance productivity and quality.
• Generate technical performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical and utility maintenance, preferably in the food processing or poultry sector.
• Hands-on experience in boiler systems, refrigeration units, ETP operation, and plant automation.
• Proficient in PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and electrical panels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
